ONA's service content is divided into pre-sales, sales, and after-sales.
Pre-sales:
1. The customer provides the part number of the required product (or manual, machine nameplate, product picture, size, etc.), and ONA will reply you within 8 hours.
2. Even if you have not purchased ONA products, or if you have problems with products purchased from other brands, ONA can provide you with professional advice and solutions.
3. If you are not sure whether you need to replace the accessories, you can contact ONA, and ONA's engineers will provide you with professional services.
Sales:
1. We will update you with production progress and photos from time to time, and you can also ask us at any time.
2. If you need to add an order during production, we will coordinate whether to ship together according to your requirements.
After-sales service:
1. We will update you on the status of the goods from time to time and provide information for customs clearance and delivery.
2. If you have any questions about installation and use, we will provide online technical guidance.
3. If there is a problem with your product, please send us photos or videos so that we can troubleshoot and provide solutions.
