1Product Introduction
The Breaker plate liner is one of the key accessories of the impact crusher. It is mainly used to withstand the impact of the material knocked out by the plate hammer, so that the material is crushed by the impact, and the impact crushed material is rebounded back to the impact zone for impact crushing again to obtain the required product particle size.
Application
Adjust the discharge port: The upper end of the breaker plate liner is suspended on the upper body through the shaft hinge, and the lower end is suspended on the body with a tie rod bolt or spring. The gap between the lower end of the breaker plate liner and the rotor can be adjusted to control the particle size of the finished product.
Insurance function: When non-crushed material enters the crushing chamber and the breaker plate liner is overloaded, it will automatically retreat and rise, so that the discharge port is enlarged, and the non-crushed material is released to avoid damage to other parts.
